The Sing, Abuelita, Sing! Contest from Baby Abuelita offers families an opportunity to preserve and have fun with their family traditions. The contest is based on products from Baby Abuelita Productions and the company's mission to help preserve Hispanic traditions through song for future generations.
About the Contest
Sing Abuelita Sing, is an easy to enter and participate contest designed to engage people of all ages and generations, from pre-schoolers to grandparents. It is meant to recognize the beauty in our traditions, as well as embrace the evolving world in which we live.
When you enter the contest, think about those favorite traditions and customs that have been handed down through the "abuelitos" and show us the fun in repeating or modifying those stories and songs.
Show us your style, your personality, your attitude and your heritage – or family traditions.
• Use your imagination.
• Express yourself with your voice or images.
Enter for a chance to win the Baby Abuelita Sing Abuelita Sing Contest and you could win prizes and experiences that will last a lifetime. But no matter what, you'll have fun, and learn about yourself, your family and your culture.
Prizes
The grand prize entry en each of the Look-alike and Sing-along categories will receive a camcorder to continue to record fond family memories plus a full assortment of Baby Abuelita products. Approximate retail value for grand prize package is $750.00 each. Second and third place winners in each category will receive an assortment of Scholastic bilingual educational books plus Baby Abuelita prize package worth $350.00 and $200.00 respectively. All semi-finalists will receive a Baby Abuelita DVD. Approximate retail value of DVD: $20.00. Note: one prize package will be awarded per winning entry. Approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $2600.00.
No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are non transferable. Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per person or address. Baby Abuelita reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. If winner is unable to travel on dates specified and agreed to, prize will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen. Winners may be asked to attend media interviews and publicity opportunities, in which case reasonable expenses (i.e. round trip airfare and hotel accommodations) will be covered by Baby Abuelita Productions, LLC.
