Product Quality and Safety: Baby Abuelita products are tested to ensure they meet or exceed all Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) International standards. To date, none of the Baby Abuelita products have been affected by any recalls and are tested regularly to ensure the manufacturer's quality workmanship and product safety compliance.
RETURN AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
Returns: Items purchased on our website can be returned up to 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. You must return the item in its original packaging (i.e. box for dolls). Please contact us at support@babyabuelita.com for approval and instructions before returning merchandise. Make sure to include the following information:
- Name of person who placed the order
- Date when order was placed
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason why the item(s) are being returned
- Phone number in case we need to reach you
- Mailing address
Once the items are received and inspected, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the merchandise. (Unfortunately, we cannot credit shipping charges.)
Warranty: Items purchased on our website will have a 60 day warranty period. This covers all mechanical components of our items (excluding batteries). If you are having mechanical problems with your item, please contact us at support@babyabuelita.com with the following information:
- Name of person who placed the order
- Date when order was placed
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason why the item(s) are being returned
- Phone number in case we need to reach you
- Mailing address
Once the items are received and inspected, a new item will be sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your money if you are past the 30 day return period. Shipping charges will be paid by Baby Abuelita.
